Nathan started his mortgage career at Neighborhood Mortgage in 2013 as a loan officer assistant. A quick learner, he was immediately promoted to running the appraisal and submission desk in addition to his loan officer assistant duties. Eager to learn everything about the mortgage business he decided to pursue his mortgage license in 2014. In addition to his role as a loan officer he also served as the Production Manager, overseeing over $150M in annual production, as well as co-commissioner of our NMI Fantasy Football league and administrator of our March Madness pool.
A natural problem solver, Nathan consults with his clients to identify the financing that best meets their needs. Through our extensive investor network, he is then able to secure his clients the most competitive terms available in the marketplace. His customer service centered approach to the mortgage process has created raving fans and many referrals. Nathan specializes in FHA, USDA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo and Non-Qualified Mortgage programs.
A Forsyth County native, Nathan and his real estate agent wife Paige reside in Dawsonville with their two daughters and their miniature schnauzer, Bleu. A gifted carpenter, Nathan enjoys building furniture and working on projects for his family. When he isn’t working on your mortgage or swinging a hammer, you can find him watching Kentucky basketball games (sometimes he watches the same game twice or even three times), playing in his softball league, on the golf course or doing all of these things in Hilton Head where he and his family vacation often.
