The home buying process, especially for a first timer, can be an especially taxing and scary process. You really need a lender who is knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Linda is all of these things and more. I had an especially difficult time as a self-employed buyer looking for a lender. It can be challenging to work through a lot of requirements of mortgage lenders when you aren’t paid traditionally. Linda was my ally and advocate who helped me organize and prepare all the documents that I needed, helped me explain in plain speak to underwriters and processors who were unfamiliar with my kind of work, why I was no more risky than anyone else paid traditionally. On top of everything else, she got me a great rate, helped me find a great house and connected me with an amazing real estate agent. When I say I wouldn’t have gotten through this process without her, that is not an exaggeration. She is one of a kind in her industry. If you have the chance to work with her, TAKE IT!
